Petrol, Diesel Prices in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai: Check Fuel Prices For August 7
New Delhi, Aug 7: The three State Oil marketing companies (OMCs) – Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum – revise petrol prices daily at 6:00 am since from June 16, 2017. On August 7, the petrol prices in New Delhi stands at Rs 66.66 per litre and in Mumbai Rs 75.8 per litre. In Kolkata and Chennai, it is Rs 69.54 per litre and Rs 69.03 respectively. In Bengaluru, a liter of petrol will cost Rs 67.68 today.
In Delhi, price of diesel was Rs 56.61, while it stands at Rs 60.13 in Mumbai. Diesel per litre will cost Rs 59.26 in Kolkata, Rs 56.67 in Bengaluru and Rs 59.59 in Chennai. The new prices which includes international crude oil prices, INR-USD exchange rate and state levies, come into effective from August 7, 2017 at 6:00 am. The daily revision of Retail Selling Prices (RSPs) on a national level comes after the mechanism was successfully implemented on a pilot basis in Udaipur, Jamshedpur, Visakhapatnam, Chandigarh and Puducherry from May 1.
